Warranty and Service Information:

Consumer Products:

  • two (2) year from the date the product has been purchased.
  • 1 to 1 replacement by service centre

The following information must be presented to obtain Warranty Service:

  • The defective product
  • Proof of purchase, which clearly indicates the name and address of the authorised reseller,
    date of purchase and the product type, and
  • Reason for service/warranty.
